Cara Untuk Mengatasi Terjadinya Error Code E027-0001 Canon iR Advance 6055

Salam jumpa lagi pada kesempatan kali ini saya akan mencoba untuk berbagi sedikit pengalam tentang cara mengatasi Permasalahan dari keluarnya Error Display E027-001 yang terjadi pada mesin fotocopy Canon IRA6055/6065/6075 ini merupakan masalah yang kerap terjadi, bukan hanya pada mesin type lawas, seri terbaru mesin fotocopy iR advance pun tentu ada problem Error.

Seperti yang sudah kita ketahui bersama bahwa kondisi Error yang keluar pada mesin adalah memberikan peringatan bahwa sada kerusakan yang terjadi pada mesin dan kode Error ini juga akan menyebabkan mesin untuk berheti bekerja dan tidak dapat lagi untuk melakukan pekerjaan  sama sekali seperti biasanya karena akibat dari Error ini.

Keterangan  : Toner Supply Motor error

Lock error of the Toner Supply Motor (M10)

Perbaikan yang bisa anda lakukan :

·         Periksa koneksi Connector. Pada Sisi samping posisi motor: J2037, Rel pada sisi depan: J3080, dan juga Sisi samping bagian belakang: J3063, sisi pada Sirkuit Penggerak Utama PCB (PCB2): J117

·         Lepaskan pada bagian Penampung Toner, dan juga lakukan pemeriksaan apakah terjadi kesalahan. Jika kesalahan tidak terjadi kemudian pasang kembali wadah toner dan lakukan pemeriksaan lagi. Jika terjadi kesalahan, periksa area penggerak titik sambungan wadah. Jika terjadi kesalahan.

·         Ganti Toner Supply Motor (M10).

·         Ganti PCB Driver Utama (PCB2).

·         Ganti DC Controller PCB (PCB1).

·         Keterangan :Kegagalan NE Controller Counter

·         Detection of open circuit pulse signal counts

Perbaikan  : Disconnection of cable

KODE: E041-0001

·         Keterangan : Deck Right Decker Motor error

·         Overcurrent of the Right Deck Lifter Motor terdeteksi.

Perbaikan  :

·         Periksa perpindahan Wire Lifter dari Right Deck.

·         Periksa penghalang yang berfungsi untuk menghaluskan gerakan Deck Base Plate dari Right Deck.

CODE: E053-0001

·         Keterangan : Error in Reverse Upper Flapper Detection of solenoid connections

·         The Reverse Connection on the Upper Solenoid Flapper (SL5) cannot be detected 5 times with a time interval of less than 20 msec.

·         Perbaikan  : 1. Check the Reverse connection on the Upper Solenoid Flapper (SL5). Side of the solenoid: J2115, and the PCB side of the Duplex Driver unit: J340 2. Replace the Reverse Upper Flapper Solenoid (SL5). 3. Replace the Duplex Driver PCB (PCB4). 4. Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB1).

CODE: E060-0001

·         Keterangan : Primary Charging Shutter Error occurs when HP is open

·         The sensor on the Primary Charging Shutter (PS94) detects that the shutter remains open even if it is moved to the closest position.

Perbaikan  :

·         Check the Shutter position on the Primary Charging and Cleaning Pad.

·         In case the Primary Charging Shutter and Cleaning Pad fail to operate (stop at HP on the front side)

·         Re-check the Cleaning Motor connection on the Main Charging Wire (M6). Motor side: J3017, J3060 (iR-ADV 8xxx) or J3160 (iRADV 6xxx) (relay), PCB side: J3177 (relay), J107 and (Main Driver PCB (PCB2))Replace the Primary Charging Wire Cleaning Motor (M6).

·         In the case of Primary Charging Shutter and also the Cleaning Pad is stopped in the rear position (close operating position)

·         Check the Sensor connection on the Primary Charging Shutter (PS94). On the sensor side: J2029, J3089 (relay), PCB side: J3088 (relay), J114 (Main Driver PCB (PCB2))

·         Change the Sensor in the Main Charging Shutter section (PS94).

·         In the case of a Primary Charging Shutter and also the Cleaning Pad is stopped along the way

·         Check the position of the screw clearance on the Slider Pin and the abrasion pin. Tighten the screw or replace the Pin Slider.Replace the Primary Charging Assembly.

·         In the case of Primary Shutter the Primary Charging section stops at the front side and the Cleaning Pad moves to the rear side

·         Check whether the Shutter Mounting Plate section is damaged. If so, replace the Shutter Unit.

·         Check for looseness that occurs in the screws on the Slider Pin and abrasion pins. Tighten the screws or replace the Pin Slider.

·         Replace the Primary Filling Unit part.

·         Replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2). 3. Replace the DC Controller PCB unit (PCB1).

CODE: E000-0001

Description:

Memperbaiki kesalahan suhu rendah Rakitan

Suhu Thermistor Utama Fixing (THM1) tidak mencapai 70 derajat Celcius meskipun 20 detik telah berlalu setelah memulai kontrol suhu Fixing Roller.

Perbaikan  :

1. Periksa koneksi dari Fixing Assembly. (Kesalahan koneksi Laci, pemutusan konektor, sirkuit terbuka) -> Ganti Unit Pemanas. 
2. Periksa koneksi di antara Main Driver PCB (PCB2) dengan unit Fixing Power Supply PCB (PCB10) (pemutusan konektor, sirkuit terbuka, kabel yang tertangkap). 
3. Pasang kembali Memperbaiki Catu Daya PCB (PCB10). 
4. Pasang kembali PCB Driver Utama (PCB2). 
5. Pasang kembali DC Controller PCB (PCB1).

CODE: E001-0004

Description:

·         Fixing Assembly high temperature error (hardware detection)

·         An abnormal temperature difference between the Thermistors has been detected.

Remedy :

1.      Check whether the cable in the Thermistor is stuck or open. -> Change the Thermistors part. -> Replace on the Repairing Top Uni

2.      Replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2).

3.      Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB1).

4.      Check if the Fixing Shutter operates. -> Replace the Fixing Assembly.
