Cara Untuk Mengatasi Terjadinya Error E027- E032- E041 Pada Mesin Fotocopy Canon iRAdvance 6065

Selamat bertemu kembali bersama saya di blog yang sederhana ini namun selalu memberikan solusi yang mungkin tidak bisa anda semua dapatkan di tempat lain dan pada kesempatan kali ini saya akan sedikit memberikan tentang cara untuk mengatasi dari keluarnya Error E027- E032- E041 Pada Mesin Fotocopy Canon iRAdvance 6065.

Dari terjadinya Error tersebut diatas sebenarnya bukanlah suatu persoalan yang sangat serius, bahkan Error itu juga biasanya dapat dengan mudah untuk diperbaiki karena masalah Error tersebut juga bisa diatasai hanya dengan cara melakukan Reset Error atau Clear Eror pada mesin saja tetapi terkadang juga harus ada yang melakukan pergantian pada part yang mengalami kerusakan dari timbulnya kode Error tersebut.

Dibawah ini adalah beberapa contoh kode Error yang keluar pada mesin fotocopy Canon iRAdvance 6065 yang mungkin tidak akan selesai hanya dengan melakukan clear Error saja dan harus melakukan pergantian pada part yang mengalami kerusakan seperti yang sudah coba saya rangkum dibawah ini:

1. Error Display E027-001 Canon iRA6055/6065/6075

Keterangan : Toner Supply Motor error

Lock error of the Toner Supply Motor (M10)

Perbaikan :

1. Periksa koneksi Connector. Sisi samping yang ada pada motor: J2037, Rel untuk sisi depan: J3080, Sisi samping belakang: J3063, sisi Sirkuit Penggerak Utama PCB (PCB2): J117

2. Lepaskan Penampung Toner, dan periksa apakah terjadi kesalahan. Jika kesalahan tidak terjadi, pasang kembali wadah toner dan periksa lagi. Jika terjadi kesalahan, periksa area penggerak titik sambungan wadah. Jika terjadi kesalahan.

3. Ganti Toner Supply Motor (M10).

4. Ganti PCB Driver Utama (PCB2).

5. Ganti DC Controller PCB (PCB1).

2. CODE: E053-0001

Keterangan : Errors in Upper Flapper Detection of solenoid connections
Connection to the Flapper Reverse Top Solenoid (SL5) unit cannot be detected up to 5 times with a time interval of 20 msec.

Perbaikan :

1. Check the connections in the Upper Reverse Solenoid Flapper (SL5). Side on the solenoid: J2115, Side on the Duplex PCB Driver: J340

2. Then put on the Solenoid Flapper Reversed for the top (SL5).

3. Then Reinstall the Duplex Driver PCB (PCB4).

4. Replace the DC Controller PCB unit (PCB1).

3. CODE: E060-0001

Keterangan : Primary shutter charging occurs when an open HP error

The sensor on the Primary Charging Shutter (PS94) detects that the shutter remains opened even if it is moved to the closest position.

Perbaikan :

· Re-check the position of the Charging Shutter on the Primary and Cleaning Pad.

· In the event that the Shutter on Primary Charging and Cleaning Pad fails to operate (stops at HP on the front side)

· Check the connections on the Main Charging Wire Cleaner Motor (M6). Side on motor: J3017, J3060 (iR-ADV 8xxx) / J3160 (iRADV 6xxx) (relay), side of PCB: J3177 (relay), J107 (Main Driver on PCB (PCB2))

· Replace the Wire Clean Motor in Primary Charging (M6).

· In case the Charging Shutter on Power contained in the Primary and Pad on the Shutter have stopped on the back side (for the closest operating position)

· Re-check the connection on the Primary Charging Shutter Sensor (PS94). Side on the sensor: J2029, J3089 for (relay), PCB side: J3088 (relay), J114 (Main Driver on the PCB unit (PCB2)

· Change the Sensor in the Main Charging Shutter section (PS94).

· In the case of the Primary Charging Shutter and also the Cleaning Pad has been stopped along the way.

· Check for possible screw looseness on the Slider Pin and pin abrasion. Then Tighten the screws or replace the Pin Slider.

· Replace the Unit in Primary Charge.

· In the case of the Primary Charging Shutter stopping at the front side and the Cleaning Pad moves back to the back side

· Check for damage to the Shutter Mounting Plate. If so, replace the Shutter Unit section.

· Check that there are looseness of the screws on the Slider Pin and abrasion pins. Re-tighten the screw or replace the Pin Slider.

· Reinstall the Charging Unit in the Primary.

· Replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2). 3. Then Replace the DC Controller PCB unit (PCB1).

4. KODE: E032-0001

Keterangan :Kegagalan NE Controller Counter

Detection of open circuit of count pulse signal.

Perbaikan : Disconnection of cable

5. KODE: E041-0001

Keterangan : Deck Right Decker Motor error

Overcurrent of the Right Deck Lifter Motor terdeteksi.

Perbaikan :

1. Periksa perpindahan Wire Lifter dari Right Deck.

2. Periksa kembali pada unit rintangan yang berfungsi untuk menghaluskan pergerakan pada Deck Base Plate dari Right Deck.

6. CODE: E000-0001

Description:

Memperbaiki kesalahan suhu rendah Rakitan

Suhu pada Thermistor Utama unit Fixing (THM1) tidak mencapai 70 derajat Celcius meskipun selama 20 detik telah berlalu setelah memulai kontrol suhu Fixing Roller.

Perbaikan :

1. Periksa koneksi dari Fixing Assembly. (Kesalahan koneksi Laci, pemutusan konektor, sirkuit terbuka) -> Ganti Unit Pemanas.

2. Periksa kembali koneksi antara Main Driver PCB (PCB2) dan bagian unit Fixing pada Power Supply PCB (PCB10) (pemutusan konektor, sirkuit terbuka, kabel yang tertangkap).

3. Pasang kembali Memperbaiki Catu Daya PCB (PCB10).

4. Pasang kembali PCB Driver Utama (PCB2).

5. Pasang kembali DC Controller PCB (PCB1).

7. CODE: E001-0004

Description:

Fixing Assembly high temperature error (hardware detection)

Abnormal temperature difference among the Thermistors was detected.

Perbaikan:

1. Check whether the cable in the Thermistor is stuck or open. -> Change Thermistors. -> Replace the Upper Repairing Unit.

2. Replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2).

3. Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB1).

4. Check if the Fixing Shutter operates. -> Replace the Fixing Assembly.
