Cara Untuk Mengatasi Terjadinya Error 808-003 Pada Mesin Canon iR Advance 6275

Selamat pagi sobat central dimanapun anda berada, pada kesempatan kali ini saya akan mencoba untuk membagikan sedikit pengalam tentang bagaimana caranya Mengatasi Error 808-003 yang keluar pada monitor mesin fotocopy Canon iR Advance 6275.

Munculnya kode Error pada mesin fotocopy Canon iR Advance 6275 ini merupakan suatu keadaan yang sangat tidak menyenangkan, apalagi kalau kejadianya Error ini pas Lagi banyak kerjaan dan di tunggui oleh para  pelanggan.

Di dalam unit mesin fotocopy terdapat berbagi macam rangkaian elektronik yang setiap eletronik mempunyai tugas masing-masing, kode Error yang muncul pada layar mesin saat mengeluarkan peringatan Error umumnya sangat beragam, mulai dari Error ringan hingga Eror berat yang mengarah pada terjadinya kerusakan mesin.

 

Seperti contohnya 808-003 Error ini merupakan Error ringan yang kerap muncul karena akibat dari adanya arus listrik yang kurang stabil ataupun di akibatkan oleh sering nya mati lampu sehingga power supplay yang ada pada mesin tersebut mengalami kerusakan.

1. Code: E808-0001

Description:

Fix Power Supply Errors with Detects the input voltage of 145V (100V / 120V models) / 290V (230V models) or can be higher when powered on.

Fix:

1.      Check the outlet voltage. -> Connect to correct outlet.

2.      Double check the connection between the Main Driver PCB (PCB2) and also Fixing Power Supply PCB (PCB10).

3.      Replace the Repairing Power Supply PCB (PCB10).

4.      Replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2).

2. Code: E808-0002

Description:

Fix Power Supply errors An input voltage of 75 V (100V / 120V models) / 150 V (230V models) or higher was detected while the power was on.

Fix:

1.      Check the outlet voltage. -> Connect to correct outlet.

2.      Double check the connection between the Main Driver PCB (PCB2) and also Fixing Power Supply PCB (PCB10).

3.      Replace the Repairing Power Supply PCB (PCB10).

4.      Replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2).

3. Code: E808-0003

Description:

Fix Power Supply errors

The input current is 1A or lower for 1 second or longer even though the maximum voltage is output.

Fix:

1.      Check the Power Supply Cooling Fan (FM7) for a clogged block.

2.      Check louver blockage on the right side of the host machine (Multi Purpose Tray side).

3.      Check again on the connection between the Power Supply PCB Output Connectors (PCB10).

4.      Replace the Repairing Power Supply PCB (PCB10).

4. Code: E808-0004

Description:

1.      Repair Power Supply errors

2.      Detected OFF with 12V from output of Main Driver PCB (PCB2).

Fix:

Reinstall the Main Driver PCB (PCB2).

5. Code: E808-0005

Description:

1.      Detect 12V OFF when relay is ON

2.      Detected OFF with 12V from Fixing Power Supply output after IH relay is ON.

Fix:

1.      Check conduction of Fixing Thermal Switch 1/2 (TP1 / 2).

2.      Recheck the drawer between the Fixing Assembly and the host machine unit.

3.      Check again on the connection between the Power Supply PCB Output Connectors (PCB10).

4.      Replacing the Power Supply Unit Repair.

5.      Replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2).

6. Code: E808-0006

Description:

1.      ASIC error

Fix:

Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB1).

7. Code: E808-0007

Description:

1.      Repair Power Supply errors

2.      Input voltage and Power Supply ID on IH do not match.

Fix:

1.      Re-check the connection between the Main Driver PCB (PCB2) and the Fixing Power Supply PCB (PCB10).

2.      Replace the Fastening Power Supply PCB with one in the correct location (voltage).

8. Code: E808-0008

Description:

1.      Repair Power Supply errors

2.      Current fluctuation error.

Fix:

1.      Double check the connection between the Main Driver PCB (PCB2) and the Fixing Power Supply PCB (PCB10).

2.      Check the connection between the Fixing Power Supply PCB (PCB10) and the Heater Unit.

3.      Replace the Fixing Roller and Heater Unit.

4.      Replace the Fixing Power Supply PCB (PCB10).

5.      Replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2).

9. Code: E808-0009

Description:

1.      Fixing Power Supply error

2.      Unable to clear the error flag at power-on.

Remedy:

Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB1).

Bagaimana cara membedakanya antar Error ringan dan berat ? caranya juga cukup mudah apabila terjadi Error pada mesin cobalah untuk melakukan reset Error sekali, namun bila setelah di hidupkan ulang ternyata Error yang terjadi belum hilang, berarti mesin fotocopy anda tidak mengalami Error ringan. Solusinya segera panggil teknisi mesin fotocopy.
